- We must recognize that different personalities
respond differently to innovations.
- Innovations must have a clear advantage
to faculty - an observable improvement over traditional ways of teaching.
- Innovations must be easy to use and to
try.
- Not all faculty need to change -
- overcoming barriers may not be worth
it.
- if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
